Salt House Hospitality Group (formerly Red and Blue Restaurants) is a real Liverpool success story. It opened its first venture Salt House Tapas in July 2010, which specialises in Spanish small plates. Following its success the team launched Hanover Street Social in August 2011, which was designed with a more modern brasserie style menu. In 2014, they opened Bacaro producing Venetian small plates and most recently opened Bouchon, a classic French Bistro on the corner of Castle street serving modern French dishes. Our restaurants are the idea of a small group of local restaurant professionals, we believe passionately that the food we serve and the way we serve it should leave each and every guest with a reason to return. We have some ‘new’ ideas when it comes to hospitality, we think it’s an art and when done well it rewards both server and guest equally. Going the ‘extra mile’, being both creative and eager to please our guests should be our default position, not reserved for when we’re on our game.
