THE GRILL

Great-tasting meat starts with great product. We’ve sourced some of the UK’s finest, from 45-day, Himalayan-salt-aged beef produced in Northern Ireland to rare-breed pork from County Durham and organic Wagyu beef from Northumberland. 

We keep the cooking simple. Our secret weapon – apart from our chefs’ skills – is our charcoal-fired Josper grill. It’s like cooking over an open fire (safely) and gives meat that rich, smoky, eating-in-the-big-outdoorsy taste. 

Watch all the action from the chef’s counter – like a chef’s table only much bigger and open to everyone – and quiz the chefs as they sizzle up your meal. 

We’re not talking fancy dishes. Our chefs use their well-honed crafts to do only what’s necessary to let the meat’s flavours shine through big and strong. We serve everything with minimum fuss – perhaps a tender green salad or the crispiest of chips – and maximum speed so you can tuck in, relax and be as messy as you like.
