CIBO Italian Eatery Bolton

CIBO restaurant is a family owned Italian Eatery in the village of Egerton, to the north of Bolton. With approximately 50 covers, the restaurant is ideal for getting together with family and friends and intimate dining with a loved one. The menu offers something for everyone, with a blend of traditional and modern Italian cooking. Families are always welcome at CIBO and we have a wonderful children’s menu.

Local Chef Bekim Gashi and his team provide a warm welcome and are pleased to offer the best in carefully sourced produce, expertly prepared and accompanied by a wonderful friendly service with a smile.

We believe in producing excellent quality food using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. By working closely with our suppliers, we ensure that only the freshest and best tasting ingredients enter our kitchen many of which are sourced directly from Italy. The wine list at Cibo features over 20 wines – each one individually tasted and selected by the owners.
